Bay Area California Arts Project & Central Valley’s Arts Education Network
The BayCAP & Central Valley Arts Education Network convenes online once per quarter supporting K–12 through post-secondary dance, media arts, music, theatre, visual arts, and CTE AME educators to further equitable, standards-based arts education that promotes students’ artistic literacy. In these unprecedented times the Networks forge new opportunities for teachers and administrators in the arts to connect, collaborate, exchange ideas, share experiences, and stay informed of regional and statewide arts education issues and topics. Network session time will be 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

In Motion Saturdays!
BayCAP is in motion this fall!
Join Bay Area California Arts Project for TCAP’s In Motion Workshop Series to ignite your creativity and develop your artistic knowledge, skills, and literacy. Explore the art of contour drawing in “Lines in Motion,” discover the transformative power of dance in “Bodies in Motion,” delve into the captivating world of theatre in “Stories in Motion,” or join all three!
Each professional learning workshop offers hands-on experiences in a half-day, virtual environment, where you can explore, experiment, and learn from the comfort of your own home.
Open to educators in TK–12, there is no visual arts, dance, or theatre experience necessary. These workshops are perfect for teachers looking to try out an art discipline to bring the arts into the classroom, or for those teaching the arts looking for inspiration and continued practice. Please see below for information on each workshop and registration.
