Teacher Leaders from across the network of California Subject Matter Projects (CSMP) network share their words of wisdom and practical tools on California Collaborative for Excellence in Education’s microlearning website. The Teacher Leader videos are meant to support substitute teachers and other instructional staff who may not have access to more robust professional learning.
The short videos, five–seven minutes, are not meant to introduce complex ideas or lessons, but focus on a single resource or activity to support student engagement and learning.
