Registration Information
Registration fee: $700 per person (fee does not include rooming or parking)
Registration Deadline: April 15, 2024
Space is limited. Registration will close if filled before the deadline.

Registration Cancellations: Registration cancellations prior to May 1, 2024 will be charged a $125 cancellation fee per registration. After May 1, 2024, no refunds will be issued.

Registration for the conference is closed. If space permits, we will reopen registration.

Discounted Conference Rooming & Parking Information
A limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa have been secured for booking by conference attendees only. TCAP will send, via email, access to booking information after completed registration and payment information is received. Rooms are subject to availability.

Discounted conference nightly room rate is $449.00 plus estimated tax of $76.33, as of December 2023. The total per room estimated nightly rate of room and tax is $525.33, which does not include parking.

The current parking rate as of December 2023 for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa is $40.00 for self-parking per day and $70.00 for valet per day. Taxes, fees, and parking are subject to change.

Room reservations must be made by Thursday, May 16, 2024 or before the group rooms are sold out. Prevailing rates may apply after May 16, 2024 or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first. These special rates are exclusively for the registrants of TCAP’s Courageous Creativity Conference only.

• June 18 — 5:30 PM — Opening Session, Dinner, and Keynote
• June 19 — Full day — Breakfast and Lunch Provided
• June 20 — 1:00 PM — Conference Closing (Breakfast and Lunch Provided)

Discount Park Ticket Information
Information on purchasing discounted Disneyland® Park and Disney California Adventure® Park tickets will be emailed to you following receipt of your conference registration.
