If space permits, we will reopen registration.\n \nDiscounted Conference Rooming & Parking Information\nA limited number of discounted hotel rooms at the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa have been secured for booking by conference attendees only. TCAP will send, via email, access to booking information after completed registration and payment information is received. Rooms are subject to availability.\nDiscounted conference nightly room rate is $449.00 plus estimated tax of $76.33, as of December 2023. The total per room estimated nightly rate of room and tax is $525.33, which does not include parking.\nThe current parking rate as of December 2023 for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa is $40.00 for self-parking per day and $70.00 for valet per day. Taxes, fees, and parking are subject to change.\nRoom reservations must be made by Thursday, May 16, 2024 or before the group rooms are sold out. Prevailing rates may apply after May 16, 2024 or when the group rooms are sold out, whichever occurs first.
